Something a little darker is stirring in The Hammock.
On October 24, The Vampire Ball Gala will invite guests into an immersive evening filled with entertainment, food, music, mystery and a collection of themed worlds waiting to be explored.
But don't think of this as another Halloween party.
The Vampire Ball isn't simply an event. It's an experience.
From the moment guests arrive, the idea is to become part of the story.
The evening will feature music and dancing, a costume contest, fortune telling, signature drinks, entertainment and surprises scattered throughout the night.
Come dressed as you are or embrace the theme completely. Victorian vampire, biker vampire, corporate vampire, Gothic vampire, glam vampire, pirate vampire—or something entirely of your own creation.
Costumes are encouraged, but never required.
And somewhere among the creatures of the night, guests will have the opportunity to meet the Royal Bloodlines.
This is where The Vampire Ball becomes much more than dinner and dancing.
Guests will move throughout a collection of themed realms and experiences, each bringing another piece of the night to life.
The Graveyard. The Boneyard. The Witch's Lair. Pirate Ghosts. The Butcher Shop. Disney After Dark with kid-friendly frights. The Fortune Teller. Signature Drinks.
Some will entertain you. Some may surprise you. And some details are deliberately being kept in the shadows until the night arrives.
After all, what's a Vampire Ball without a few secrets?
Even the food becomes part of the experience.
Guests will experience live open-fire cooking, with food prepared over flame as the evening unfolds. Fire, iron, smoke and the aroma of food cooking beneath the night sky become another part of The Vampire Ball atmosphere.
Christine and Carlos of Palm Harbor Grill will add to the feast with appetizers vampires will love and the sweetest bite for dessert.
A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening, featuring a delightful mixology of vampire-inspired drinks and spirited concoctions created for creatures of the night.
Because at The Vampire Ball, the night isn't built around simply sitting at a table. It's about tasting, exploring, discovering, participating, networking and meeting fellow community vampires you may not even know yet.

Single-ticket guests enter at 7:30 p.m., somewhere in The Hammock, as The Vampire Ball officially comes to life.
Early-entry guests arrive at 6:30 p.m., giving them time to meet the other Royal Bloodlines, decorate their tables, explore their surroundings and prepare for a blood-pumping evening of entertainment, mystery and surprises.
The exact location?
That's still part of the mystery.
As the organizers put it:
“Location will be disclosed once bitten… okay, once you commit.”
Once the doors open, leave the ordinary world behind.
