Don Robertson: Former President of the Gainesville Raceway, retired law enforcement officer, and former Chair of the Alachua County Tourist Development Council. Robertson brings decades of administrative leadership and tourism development experience to the Society.

During the meeting, Palm Coast Historical Society Treasurer Rich Cooper received the Distinguished Service Award. The honor recognizes Cooper's outstanding financial commitment and individual contributions to the preservation of Palm Coast's local heritage.
The Society also noted an influx of new general members, signaling a rising interest in local history preservation among Flagler County and Palm Coast residents.
A Forward-Looking Vision for Palm Coast History
For Palm Coast Local, the meeting highlighted a clear shift toward modern collaboration and broader community engagement.
"Moving forward with vision and community outreach is refreshing. It's exciting to see an organization embrace new ideas while honoring the past," said Melondy Bosko, Founder of Palm Coast Local.
Bosko noted that the momentum building within the organization extends beyond standard administrative updates. "Fresh vision, new leadership, and community insight create opportunities to engage more residents while preserving the stories that define Palm Coast's history."
