			<description><![CDATA[BIG FAIL BY NAR!!! It's sad... I have been in this business for 30 years and have always maintained high integrity and always looked out for my clients best interest. What I don't understand is why they think charging the seller a commission to do a job that they hired us to do...to sell their home...they agree to pay x% to do a job and if we choose to "share" that commission with another broker that brings a buyer to "Sell" their home...what should that matter?? The buyer is paying you for your home...they have to come up with down payment and closing costs and that sometimes is quite a feat...now you want them to also pay part of the commission to buy your home...sounds like the buyer is the one getting the raw deal!! As in every profession, there are always those who don't do their profession justice but for the most part Realtors do care about their clients and bring a lot to the table in advising both buyers and sellers about how to navigate this process from A-Z... It's NOT JUST UNLOCKING DOORS!!!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[That's not how the lawsuit is working at all. This is now making buyers agent contracts mandatory and enforceable. This takes the sellers control for what buyers agents will negotiate before a buyer ever steps foot in a house. Buyers agents are typically newbies on large teams that are filtered generic zillow leads. This will backfire and take control away from the sellers.]]></description>
