On Friday, December 25, 2026, the resort welcomes the public to its Christmas Day Brunch Buffet in the Ocean Ballroom from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Gather family and friends for an extensive holiday buffet featuring carved meats, fresh seafood, breakfast favorites, seasonal entrées, children's selections, and Christmas desserts.

Soups, Salads & Charcuterie

Lobster bisque, roasted tomato and fennel soup, fresh garden salads, roasted carrot and golden beet salad, Florida citrus salad, wild rice and mushroom salad, imported and domestic cheeses, Italian cured meats, artisan breads, and accompaniments.

Fresh Seafood

Cocktail shrimp, oysters on the half shell, crab claws, and a smoked seafood display.

Holiday Carving Station

• Roasted prime rib with garlic-thyme demi-glace and creamy horseradish

• Datil pepper honey ham with cranberry sauce

Breakfast Favorites

Made-to-order Belgian waffles and omelets, scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, chicken sausage, biscuits and gravy, roasted pepper frittatas, and spinach-mushroom Gruyère strata.

Chef-Prepared Entrées and Sides

Roasted Florida tripletail, Argentine red shrimp with lemon orzo, pistachio-crusted chicken roulade, Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and creamy corn casserole.

Children's Buffet

Mini turkey meatballs, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots, and crispy potato wedges.

Christmas Desserts

Mini cupcakes, apple pie tarts, lemon meringue pie, petit fours, cheesecakes, brownies, strawberry shortcake shooters, holiday cookies, and a hot chocolate station.
