So, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye as Beach Belly Bob's prepares to close its doors for good in March. But before they do, we invite you to stop by, grab a hot sandwich, snap some photos, and share in the memories one last time.
We’ve worked with Amanda, Hugh, and Bob to bring you their heartfelt message below. Let’s send them off with all the love and appreciation they deserve!
A Special Message from Beachbelly Bob’s Sandwich Shop
To our beloved Flagler Beach and Palm Coast community,
With a bittersweet heart, I am announcing that Beachbelly Bob’s Sandwich Shop will be closing its doors, with our final day of operation on March 23, 2025. Until then, we will continue serving up the full menu you know and love, available for pick-up and online ordering. As we sell out of items, we’ll update our website to reflect availability and daily specials.
This isn’t just a farewell—it’s a celebration of the incredible years we’ve shared. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and every one of you who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, and became part of our extended family. Your support, laughter, and love for our gourmet sandwiches made this journey possible, and we are forever grateful.

As I told my family and friends, "This is not the end of my story, just a brief pause and adjustment." After much contemplation, I know this is the right decision.Though Beachbelly Bob’s is closing, the memories and connections we’ve built will last forever. We hope to see you in these final weeks to share a meal, a story, a smile, and maybe a photograph we can share, too. Thank you for making Beachbelly Bob’s a place filled with love, community, and incredible sandwiches.

A Message From Beach Belly Bob
We are sad to say that Beach Belly Bob's Sandwich Shop will be closing on March 23, 2025. - Over a decade ago I had an idea and a dream. I wanted to open a restaurant like no one else had done before and be part of a community. We built a small business with family, friends, and locals that was all about giving and being part of everything that Flagler Beach had to offer. Along the way we saw babies be born, kids grow up and teenagers go to college. We shed tears after huge losses both personal and citywide after Hurricanes and flooding and somewhere along the way we found home. I did not grow up here, but I've lived and lost with a lot of my Flagler Beach Family and I feel that Flagler Beach is my life.
After some health issues, a couple of years ago, my daughter took over and has done everything she could to keep that legacy alive. So it is with great sadness that we announce that Beach Belly Bobs will be closing. Please know that both Amanda and I appreciate all of the business and truly love all of the lives that we have been honored to be a part of. We have met and made friends all over the world and we cherish the relationships that have been made.
