Next Chapter Support Services provides companion and respite care, life skills training, and family support programs for individuals 18+ with autism and related intellectual and developmental disabilities transitioning into adulthood in Flagler County. Focused on building independence and confidence, Next Chapter Support works with adults and their families to develop everyday living skills, navigate new life stages, and create meaningful opportunities for community involvement and personal growth.
