Original Philly Cheesesteak of Florida officially celebrated the grand opening of its new Palm Harbor Parkway location in Palm Coast as community leaders, local media, and business supporters gathered together to welcome the growing business.

Among those attending were Palm Coast Mayor Mike Norris, representatives from the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, Flagler Voice, and Palm Coast Local, all coming together to support another locally-grown business success story.

What began as a food truck serving authentic Philly cheesesteaks throughout the area has steadily built a loyal following across Flagler County. Known for their ribeye cheesesteaks served on traditional bread along with desserts and comfort-style favorites, the business grew through community events, word of mouth, and repeat customers before making the leap into a permanent location. The move represents not only growth for the owners, but another example of how small businesses in Palm Coast continue evolving from startup concepts into established local destinations.

โ€œWeโ€™re so grateful for the support of our friends and the community, and weโ€™re here to provide that hometown Philly taste, if even for a moment,โ€ said Mary, owner of Original Philly Cheesesteak of Florida.

Throughout the grand opening, customers continued flowing through the restaurant while many longtime followers of the food truck stopped in to experience the new location for the first time. While walking through the dining area, several guests nearing the end of their meals were asked for their thoughts on the restaurant. The response throughout the room was overwhelmingly positive, with customers giving enthusiastic thumbs up and comments like โ€œfantastic,โ€ โ€œso great to finally have this here,โ€ and โ€œweโ€™ll definitely be back often.โ€

The excitement inside reflected more than just a grand opening. For many residents, it felt like watching a local small business successfully take its next step forward with strong community support behind it.

Located at 1755 Palm Harbor Parkway, the restaurant now gives customers a permanent place to enjoy the cheesesteaks many residents first discovered through the original food truck experience.
