The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is warning Palm Coast and Flagler County residents to be vigilant of scammers using fake law enforcement calls, court threats, and cryptocurrency payment schemes. Deputies say criminals are posing as officers and demanding payment to avoid fake arrest warrants. Residents should never send money or gift cards to anyone claiming to be law enforcement.
