2nd Annual Bridging the Gap Golf Tournament

The 2nd Annual Bridging the Gap Golf Tournament returns to Palm Coast on Monday, November 9, 2026, bringing golfers together at Grand Haven Golf Club for a charity tournament benefiting Cedar Bridge Foundation.

Tournament proceeds support Cedar Bridge Foundation programs serving individuals with exceptional needs and unique abilities, including people with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities. Funds help support life-skills programs, social and community activities and initiatives addressing transportation, employment and housing opportunities.

Registration begins at 8:00 AM, followed by a 9:00 AM shotgun start. The tournament includes 18 holes of golf, breakfast and lunch, with sponsorship opportunities also available.

For Palm Coast and Flagler County residents, the tournament provides an opportunity to spend a day on the course while supporting programs that help local adults develop independence, friendships, employment readiness and stronger connections within the community.

Visitors and newcomers participating in the tournament will play at Grand Haven Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course located in Palm Coast.
