The Garden Club at Palm Coast has named Linda and Manny Dos Santos of Florida Park Drive as the February 2025 Garden Selection of the Month.
Originally from New York they have lived in Palm Coast for 5 years but have been visiting here for over 25 years.
Linda loves a neat yard; she is crafty and talented by making her gorgeous water fountain from pots and stones. Behind the fountain she has created a succulent wall she made from different crushed seashells and individually glued each piece together to create this amazing wall at her front door entrance filled with various unusual succulents including a miniature pineapple.
Considering this yard is for the month of February, we were amazed to see several flowering plants blooming at this time! Such as coreopsis, candelabra aloe, zinnias, velvet plant, red azaleas. and curcuma ginger, as well as various crotons which add winter colors, to name a few.
Her imagination never rests until she is finished. Everywhere she goes she sees possibilities for new ideas. She can do almost anything related to DYI creations. She also helped at an assisted living facility, doing short classes and showing seniors how to make crafts.
