On September 11, 2025, as our nation paused to remember a day of tragedy, our community showed how light and love can shine through even the heaviest moments. After local candlelight vigils, four incredible businesses came together for a night filled with unity, fun, and purpose—all to support Live Like Cameron, a non-profit born from the loss of a child to cancer and dedicated to helping other children and families through their fight.
Palm Coast Lanes generously opened their doors at no charge, welcoming everyone for an unforgettable evening. Mike Brown, a.k.a. DJ Big Mike, kept spirits high as the night’s host, bringing plenty of laughter, a few heartfelt tears, and endless energy. PalmCoastLocal.com jumped in with promotional support, creating materials and spreading the word to the wider community. And behind it all, Mark Mistie seamlessly facilitated the entire event, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Mark summed it up best:
“All I can say is WOW!!! The way the community came together tonight was beyond heartfelt and emotional.
So tonight we continued our ‘Musical Bingo For A Cause’ program with Melisa Knox Fulling and Dan Fulling of The Live Like Cameron Children’s Cancer Foundation and what a MASSIVE success. Such a beautiful night of singing, socializing, and laughter—all while bringing the community together to raise money and create awareness for a beautiful cause that supports families in need here in Flagler County.”
It was a heartfelt evening where friends, families, and community supporters came together over music bingo fun, delicious food from Palm Coast Lanes, and a shared mission to give back. Together, they turned remembrance into hope, showing what community is all about.
Thank you all for showing up!
Look for the next music bingo fundraiser on our calender of events to join in every Thursday.

Hiring a Licensed Plumber and How To Verify in Palm Coast, Florida
(with state licensing + local permitting, step-by-step)
1) Verify the right Florida license (not just a business card)
Florida plumbing contractors are regulated by the Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) under the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB). Look for a Certified Plumbing Contractor license (prefix CFC). “Certified” means they can work anywhere in Florida and have passed state exams and eligibility checks.
